After exploring each mind mapping tool I found Text 2 Mind to be extremely user friendly. I really liked being able to type an outline and have it create the map for me. I found Mindmup a little harder to figure out, but once I did it was pretty simple and created a map that would work for a lot of different mind mapping ideas. I found Lucid Chart to be difficult to use. I didn't like all the different options of shapes to use to create the map. It was a lot of work to create a map and connect it all. Popplet was fun to use and easy to use. The directions popped up right away and were easy to follow. There wasn't a ton of extra features but enough to get what you needed out of it. I though bubbl.us was hard to follow and figure out. I didn't find the directions to be user friendly and it took me a while to figure out how to create a map like I wanted.
If I were to rate these mind mapping tools I would rate them as follows with 1 being the easiest to use and most appealing:
1. Text 2 Mind
2. Popplet
3. Mindmup
4. Bubbl.us
5. Lucid Chart
